"I met Riley at a Sandwich shop years ago when we were both just starting our businesses. I could tell he was a man of high character. Fast forward 15 years or so and I needed his help. I had discovered a rat infestation in my attic after removing drywall from a roof leak. I had some friends remove the insulation and vacuum the best they could and wanted to have it all sprayed with disinfectant before reinstalling insulation. Of course I needed it done within two days ha ha. Riley answered first call and made it happen. He sent Erik Castaneda to my home who thought he was just going to spray the attic.
