Bed Bugs Are Invasive

We Eradicate Them

You Rest Easy Knowing They're Gone

Bed Bugs Are Serious Pests

THE SIGNS OF BED BUGS

You Wake Up With Bites

Often two or three in a line or a loose cluster on skin that was uncovered overnight. Reactions vary, and some people show nothing at all.

Dark Spots On The Sheets

Small, rust colored smears near the top of the fitted sheet or along the mattress edge. Or dark pinhead dots on mattress piping, box spring corners, or the underside of the bed frame.

Shed Skins And Shells

Translucent or brown-toned casings found in the seams, around the bed frame. These are a sign the population is breeding, not just visiting.

Phased, Not One And Done

How Bed Bug Treatment Works

1

Inspection & Confirmation

We confirm it is bed bugs before anyone treats anything, and identify every harborage: mattress and box spring, frame joints, headboard, nightstands, upholstered furniture, baseboards, and adjacent rooms. Misidentifying this is expensive.

2

Two-Visit Treatment, Not One

Eggs do not respond to treatment the way adults do, so this runs in phases.

First Treatment

Targeted application into every harborage we mapped, including voids, seams, and frame joints, with steam where the material calls for it. This knocks down the active population.

Follow-Up Visit

Two to three weeks later we treat again for what hatched after the first pass. Skipping this visit is the most common reason a bed bug job fails.

Encasements & Monitors

Mattress and box spring encasements trap anything left inside. Interceptors under the bed legs tell us whether anything is still moving.

3

Clearance Check

A final inspection to confirm no live activity and no new bites. You get a straight answer, not a shrug.

Bed Bug Questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Usually no. A treated and encased mattress is fine, and throwing it out before treatment can spread the problem. If it is structurally destroyed we will say so.

Our team sends a complete bed bug pre-treatment checklist after you book. The short version: launder bedding and clothing on high heat and seal it in bags, clear clutter from around the bed and along the walls, and do not move furniture into other rooms.

It is common that eggs hatch after the first treatment, which is why the follow-up visit is a part of our treatment rather than an addition.

The house must be vacant for a few hours on treatment day. Our technician will provide you the exact re-entry time and any necessary instructions for treatment day.

100% Guarantee

We stand by our work. If you notice pests between regularly scheduled treatments, just give us a call at (760) 690-2260. We will return and re-treat the property for free. No questions asked, no hidden fees.
